The Ridgefield Playhouse Arts in Education Series Policy
To make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, The Ridgefield Playhouse has developed the following guidelines:
We ask that you designate ONE TEACHER from your school to be the point person for reserving tickets.
The order form, which can be printed from this website, serves as your formal agreement to participate for the interested performance date and time requested.
All tickets for the Arts in Education Series is $10/ticket.
One free adult chaperone ticket is allotted for every 20 students. Extra chaperone tickets are charged at the student price.
Order forms can be faxed to Julie Paltauf at (203) 438-4543 or you can call or email the box office staff at (203) 438-5795/info@ridgefieldplayhouse.org.
When you receive your confirmation email, your numbers can be slightly adjusted based on class sizes.
Payment in full (check written to “The Ridgefield Playhouse”) will be due two weeks prior to the performance date, based on the confirmed number of attendees.
The Ridgefield Playhouse requires that an adult fill each free seat provided and requests that chaperones be seated among students. Un-chaperoned groups will not be accepted.
Special Assistance: The Ridgefield Playhouse is equipped with wheelchair seating positions and accessible bathrooms.
