Playhouse Event Underwriter

The Ridgefield Playhouse Event Underwriter opportunities for the 2013/2014 Season offer an exciting way of associating your business with a successful regional performing arts center, and supporting the arts in your community.  We look forward to meeting with you to discuss these opportunities.

Please call about underwriting a specific show- the following information is based on becoming a general underwriter
 

Playhouse Series Underwriter:               $20,000

  • As a series underwriter (Rock Series, Folk Series, Children’s Series, Dance Series, Arts in Ed Series, Lecture Series) your name is associated with high end performers.
  • A series with your brand identity associated for the entire season (ie. The Pepsi Children’s Series).
  • A full 4 color page ad in the program book which is handed out at 140+ events annually, close to 70,000 program books in total
  • Company brand name and logo on all marketing and publicity material associated with series shows.
  • Two (2) tickets for each show in the series.
  • A “meet and greet” with one artist associated with the series (subject to artist approval).

 

Full Event Underwriter:                           $10,000

  • One full page ad in the Playbill associated with this event.
  • Four (4) center orchestra seats to the event.
  • Five (5) priority parking passes for the event
  •  “Underwritten By” acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure and all marketing materials associated with event.
  • Company name and logo in press and publicity for the event.
  • A meet and greet with the artist. Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Company logo featured prominently on all Playhouse print materials associated with this event.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with this event including, if applicable, all print, radio, and cable advertising.

 

Partial Event Underwriter:                      $5,000

  • One full page ad in the Playbill associated with this event.
  • Two (2) seats orchestra
  • Two (2) priority parking passes for the event.
  • Partial underwritten acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure and all marketing materials associated with event.
  • Company name and logo in press and publicity for the event.
  • A meet and greet with the artist. Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Company logo featured prominently on all Playhouse posters associated with this event.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with this event including, if applicable, all print, radio, and cable advertising.
